What is KOPT?
KOPT is a curated marketplace in Pakistan for pre-owned fashion, objects, prints, and one-of-one pieces. Every seller is approved before they can list. Buyers pay cash on delivery or online with PayFast, and have 2 days after delivery to report a problem.
Is KOPT legit and safe to buy from?
Every seller is approved before they can list. Sellers ship with tracking, you can report a problem within 2 days of delivery, and prepaid money is only released after delivery.
How does cash on delivery (COD) work on KOPT?
Choose cash on delivery at checkout and pay the courier in cash when the item arrives. COD orders include a 5% service fee on the item price, shown before you place the order. Paying prepaid via PayFast avoids the fee entirely.
How do prepaid payments work?
Prepaid orders are paid online through PayFast after you place the order. KOPT confirms the payment before the seller ships and holds the money until 2 days after delivery, or until any reported problem is sorted. No COD fee.
What fees does KOPT charge sellers?
Listing is free. KOPT charges a commission per completed sale: 9% for resellers and 6% for creative sellers (self-made and one-of-one pieces). The minimum sale value is PKR 1,000. On COD orders an additional 2% COD share applies, billed on a periodic commission invoice. Rates are exclusive of applicable taxes — where sales tax on services applies, it is charged on the commission only, never on your sale price. Sellers may add a delivery charge of up to PKR 400 (separate in-city and out-of-city rates) — it is shown at checkout and passed to the seller in full. Full breakdown: kopt.store/pricing.md.
How do returns and refunds work?
Use Report a problem on your order if the piece is damaged, not as described, or hasn't arrived. The window is 2 days from delivery. KOPT reviews the issue; a refund isn't automatic. Approved prepaid refunds use the payment provider, and COD refunds are handled after return.
How does KOPT handle authenticity and replicas?
Every listing must be labelled either Original or Replica, and the label is shown on the listing page before you buy. Replicas are allowed as long as they're labelled; selling a replica as an original is prohibited and grounds for removal. Replicas are never featured in KOPT SELECT. KOPT can require proof of purchase or authenticity from sellers at any time.
Where does KOPT deliver?
Sellers all over Pakistan ship with a tracked courier, and the tracking number shows up on your order. If you don't confirm it arrived, we mark it delivered 9 days after shipping. Not here yet? Report it before then.
Can I negotiate the price?
Yes, on listings where the seller has enabled offers. Offers must be at least 70% of the listing price. The seller has 24 hours to respond; once your offer is accepted, you have 24 hours to check out at that price.
How do I become a seller on KOPT?
Selling is invite-only while KOPT curates its seller base. Email kopt.help@kopt.store with what you plan to sell; approved sellers accept the Seller Terms and can list immediately.
