# Fees — KOPT (kopt.store)

## Buyers

- Browsing: free. Buying: the item price, plus any seller delivery charge, plus
  the 5% COD fee if you choose cash on delivery
- Cash on delivery (COD): +5% service fee on the item price, shown at checkout
- Prepaid (PayFast): no fee; KOPT holds the payment and releases it to the
  seller 2 days after delivery
- Delivery: sellers ship via tracked courier. Some sellers add a delivery
  charge (max PKR 400, often lower within their city) — always shown at
  checkout before you pay

## Sellers (invite-only)

- Listing items: free
- Minimum sale value: PKR 1,000 (applies to listing prices and accepted offers)
- Commission per completed sale, by seller category (current rates,
  exclusive of applicable taxes):
  - Reseller: 9% of the sale price
  - Creative seller (self-made / one-of-one pieces): 6% of the sale price
- COD orders: commission + 2% COD share, billed on a periodic commission
  invoice (the courier remits the cash, including a 3% courier-cost offset,
  directly to the seller)
- Prepaid orders: commission deducted from the payout, released after
  delivery and the 2-day buyer window
- Delivery charge (optional): up to PKR 400 per order, with separate in-city
  and out-of-city rates. Buyers pay it on top of your price and it reaches
  you in full — no commission or tax applies to it
- Tax: commission rates are tax-exclusive. Sales tax on services (PRA,
  16%) applies to the commission amount only — never the sale price — once
  KOPT is PRA-registered, and is itemised on payouts and invoices
- Sellers: country-wide across Pakistan (self-ship via registered courier)
